National Unity Day was celebrated on 31st October 2014 in m emory of the birth anniversary of our great national leader, Sardar Vallabbhabhai Patel. the ‘Iron man of India’
The students of std VI led the programme. The programme began with a prayer service. The students read the sacred scriptures of different religions based on the unityy and integrity of our nation. A hymn was also sung. Sr. Sarika , our principal and Sr. Marina, our Vice Principal offered a garland to the portrait of Sardar Patel and lit the lamp.
The students highlighted the importance of the day. All the students and teachers took the oath of Unity in Diversity .on this occasion .The programme was concluded by the singing of the National Anthem.
