Sadbhavana Diwas

Carmel school, Mangaluru, observed the Sadbhavana Diwas on 20th August 2019 on account of the birth anniversary of Late Rajiv Gandhi, former Prime minister.

The general assembly commenced with a meaningful prayer service followed by a skit enacted by the guide students which depicted the feeling of oneness among each other in order to promote peace and harmony in our country. The importance of the day was highlighted by Nada Mehar of class VIII A.

The Principal in her message exhorted the students to practice the spirit of sharing, genuine love and respect for one another. Thereafter Chandrima Monteiro the SPL of
the school led the gathering in pledging themselves to live in the spirit of peace and harmony. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
