Jan 30, 2020 : The students of VIIB and IIB paid glorious tribute to our martyrs, very especially to Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation who laid down his life for our country. The programme began with the floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and a Prayer Service to pray for peace in our country and in the world. This was followed by the welcome dance, skit, dance and PPT presentation. The life of a soldier, his sacrifice and dedication to guard and protect our country was a motivating inspiration to all.

Haleema Shanum proposed the Vote of Thanks. Sister Rose Agnes A.C., the Administrator in her invigorating message appealed to all to become ‘Instruments of Peace’ and cited examples from the life of Mahatma Gandhi as to how he practised in his life the precept ‘Walk the Talk and Talk the Walk’. She ended with a prayer ‘Lord let there be peace in the world and let it begin with me! On this occasion competitions like drawing and collage were conducted for classes I to VIII.
