MATHRIBHASHA DIWAS

'Matribhasha Diwas' was celebrated at Carmel School on February 21, 2022 with great facet.

Celebration began with an intercom assembly. Students conducted this assembly with a lot of enthusiasm where every element of the program was portrayed in different languages.

Various activities were conducted for grades 6, 7 and 8 by the teachers. Students of grade 6 sang melodious songs in their mother tongue. Students of grades 7 and 8 participated in activities such as elocution on the topic 'ORIGIN AND RICHNESS OF YOUR MOTHER TONGUE' and debate on ' MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION -MOTHER LANGUAGE - DO YOU AGREE OR NOT?' respectively.
