The annual day is the culmination of the school's academic year. This day is an occasion of celebration and festivity, when students not only display their talents through wonderful performances but also get felicitated for their curricular and co-curricular accomplishments. Colours awakens the energies of the soul harmonizing body, mind and spirit in equilibrium with nature.

Keeping in mind the motto of our school, “Ever Onward”, On 20th December 2022 CarmelSchool proudly put forth a magnificent show following the theme ‘COLOURS OF LIFE’.


The honorable dignitaries Sr. Sarika our principal, Sr.Violette, our administrator, Sr. Preena, our vice principal, Mrs. Lavita Dsouza, member of the school managing committee. Rochelle Tellis, PTA Vice President leading our honorable guests were escorted with the school band.


The gathering witnessed the virtues -peace, harmony, happiness, kindness, perseverance, self-reliance and so on. that are the essence of our character building,following the theme couleurs de vie- colors of life.


The programme commenced with an opening song followed by the prayer dance with praises to worship and glorify the Lord Almighty.


*The gathering was welcomed through a fusion dance which was a combination of various Indian dance forms.


*Students of class 2 performed a dance on the theme HAPPINESS spreading the smiles and making the hearts happy


*Our tiny tots of UKG, expressed their gratitude to God almighty for all the blessings in this beautiful life which is full unforgettable memories through an action song.

*One act play – ‘Footprints on the sands of time’ was enacted on the Lives of great men who have inspired us for many generations and have left a legacy to be upheld by the present generation and the rest to come in the near future.


*A qawwali on women empowerment unveiled the power in her to create, nurture and transform.


*A Dance drama was enacted portraying the scenario of the Post covid 19 and introducing ATMANIRBHAR BHARAT to make our country self-reliable and independent, which made the citizens of India to build their future in various sectors of economy by our honorable Prime Minister, Sri Narendra Modi.


*The students spread the joy and peace of Christmas through a polka dance and wished for a bliss filled year 2023.

*The Annual Report was presented before the gathering to reflect and showcase the consolidated toil of students and teachers through various activities, performances, the achievements and relationship building of the students in the school throughout the academic year.

*2022 is a significant year in the history of the Apostolic Carmel congregation. Birth Bi-centenary anniversary of foundress, Venerable Mother Veronica is celebrated. A tribute of love and respect was paid to Venerable Mother Veronica through A Tableau with a theme ‘IN THE FOOTPRINTS OF MOTHER VERONICA’ showing a brief insight about her life and the glimpse of her initial days along with the works that inspired generations of sisters from Apostolic Carmel congregation.

Sr. Sarika, the principal and Sr.Preena, the Vice Principal, Sr. Julie Ann AC, the president, Mrs. Corrine Rasquinha, the chief guest, Mrs. Lavita D’souza, member of the school managing committee, Sr.Violette the administrator and Dr Rochelle Tellis, the Vice President of the Parent Teacher Association were present on the dais for the stage programme .

The students who have strived for progress and worth going were acknowledged. Mrs. Corrine Rasquinha, the chief guest honored the class toppers of term 2 for the year 2021-22. she reminisced her student life in the same campus and proudly remembered her alma mater. She spoke at length about the essence of ethics
Sr. Julie Ann the president honored the students with the founded prizes for the year 2022-23 and she highlighted the responsibilities of teachers and parents in raising their children and helping them reach the greater heights.

Sr Sarika our principal welcomed the gathering and Vote of thanks was proposed by Sr.Shanthi Laveena.
